Altered Book I made in December

I took a class from Lisa Super at ScrapLovers and made this book. I has a pull out metal drawer too. We used Modge Podge and scrap paper, tissue paper and some prima trinkets. I had to buy the woman stamp…came in the mail yesterday.

Stampin Up 2008-2009 Spring Summer is in the house!

I went over to my uplines to pick up a cattie from her. She got her great rewards catalogs a day before I'm due to receive my preordered catalogs.

I've already been through the catalog at least 4 times and will probably take it to bed with me. I have my order ready that I'll place next week and 2 more orders that I'll place on Feb 1st for Sellabration.

No problem making my quarterly minimum this quarter. I even passed on few things that I'll consider buying when I see some samples.

What Tracy is buying?

UPS: brought me some Stampers Anonymous stamps. The Paramount Christmas unmounted stamp sets. I very large woman face that I used in an altered book class and a side profile of a Victorian looking lady.

Mail: An order from Hallmark Scrapbook, my favorite Sizzix die company. I got 4-5 new dies.

Today: ScrapLovers - 25% off sale...stocked up on Ranger products and bought a few Copic markers in grey tones.

Close to my Heart new cattie order arrived today via UPS. Yum yum yum. I really recommend earning the Key to My Heart papercrafting special this month. The paper and HUGE stamp set is well worth it!

Michaels: THEY GOT NEW STUFF New Making Memories stuff that must be a special release for them and some Autumn Leaves stuff. I bought some alcohol ink replacements, valentines themed card blanks, cute $1 stamp and a whole bunch of mini ornaments to use on my Tim Holtz tags at 70% off. Oh yeah, Just Cards new issue and Artist Cafe by Stampington

Barnes & Noble: Well this is a craft related entry...so I also bought the Stampington Journaling and In Love special issues.

I'm a pretty happy camper...I always am when I get new Stampington Mags

I should have went to the food store but I was pooped at all that shopping :-)

What I'm working on

I've started Tim Holtz's 12 Days of Christmas tags 2007. I've completed 10 tags so far. Have 2 more to do, then I can start the 2008 12 Tags! This is so much fun. I'm learning some pretty cool techniques. So far, weathered wood is my favorite.

I'll be posting pictures soon. Want to keep creating while the Muse feels like playing!

6x8.5 Scrapbook gifts

I made these scrapbooks as a present to my mother and Aunt Linda. The books include pictures of everything we did during their visit to San Jose, CA in October of this year.

I've been busy creating and have a few things to finish up and a few things I can post. I went to a all weekend crop at ScrapLovers in the San Jose/Willow Glen area this past weekend.

I'm working on the household I've ignored for three days and while doing laundry I need to put some of my projects away. I'm taking my camera upstairs with me to take some pictures so I can finally update my blog.

Busy, Busy, Busy
